Annual Conference + Job Fair
July 13 -17, 2026 ~ Orlando, Florida
The National Black Prosecutors Association (NBPA) is excited to host our 2026 Annual Conference and Job Fair in Orlando, Florida -- an inclusive, diverse, and opportunity-rich city known worldwide as the home of the “Happiest Place on Earth.” Located in the heart of Central Florida, Orlando provides an inviting backdrop for a conference grounded in professional excellence, meaningful connection, and impact.

As a large and complex jurisdiction, Florida has a substantial presence in the national criminal justice system and is home to diverse populations, a strong legal community, and a growing network of Black prosecutors and justice leaders. Black prosecutors serve in leadership roles at both the state and federal levels, including multiple Black chief prosecutors, contributing to justice systems across the state. Our 2026 NBPA Annual Conference will place attendees at the intersection of leadership, law, and impact—highlighting a statewide bench of historical figures who have helped shape one of the nation’s most influential states, alongside rising leaders whose work continues to influence the legal landscape beyond Florida’s borders.

Our 2026 NBPA Annual Conference and Job Fair will feature a robust slate of programming, including our Special Victims Symposium, our national Job Fair connecting students and attorneys with municipal, state, and federal employers, and our Youth Conference designed to inspire the next generation of legal leaders. Attendees can expect high-quality, CLE-eligible educational sessions, intentional networking opportunities, and our signature Awards Gala celebrating excellence, service, and leadership within the prosecution community.

We look forward to welcoming the NBPA family to Orlando for a powerful week of learning, connection, and community.
