Florida stands at the forefront of the nation's criminal justice landscape. As one of the country's largest and most dynamic jurisdictions, it is home to diverse communities, a robust legal profession, and an expanding network of Black prosecutors and justice leaders. Across the state, Black prosecutors serve in influential leadership positions at both the state and federal levels, helping shape policies, strengthen public safety, and advance justice for millions of Floridians. Our 2026 Annual Conference will celebrate this legacy while spotlighting the next generation of leaders whose work is transforming prosecution and influencing the future of justice nationwide.

Throughout the week, attendees will experience an exceptional lineup of educational programming, professional development, and networking opportunities. Signature events include our Special Victims Symposium, a nationally recognized Job Fair connecting students and attorneys with municipal, state, and federal employers, and our Youth Conference, designed to inspire and cultivate the next generation of legal professionals and public servants. Participants can also look forward to engaging CLE-accredited sessions, dynamic networking events, and our signature Awards Gala, honoring excellence, service, innovation, and leadership across the prosecution community.
