NBPA Leadership Academy

The NBPA launched its leadership academy with it 20 member class, featuring leaders from across the nation.

The academy is designed to provide participants with both theoretical and practical leadership experiences. You will
have the opportunity to explore key leadership concepts, improve critical thinking, develop problem-solving skills, and
learn how to effectively lead diverse teams.
Key Components of the Academy:

• Panel Discussions: Participate in a series of interactive panels led by experts in prosecution who have been
successful in leadership, management, and innovation.

• Individual/Group Projects: Work individually or collaborate with fellow participants on real-world projects that
will allow you to put your skills into practice.

• Networking Opportunities: Engage with a diverse group of participants to share ideas, experiences, and build
long-lasting connections.

• Personal Development: Throughout the academy, you will work on setting and achieving personal leadership
goals, as well as enhancing your self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
